The Different Kinds of Reports
TrainU offers various reports to track employee training progress:
District Report:
- Provides a summary of all completed trainings.
- Includes total completed training hours for each user.
- Useful for audits due to comprehensive information.
Course Completion Report:
- Allows selection of a specific course.
- Displays progress (in progress, not started, or completed) for all users in the chosen course.
Progress Report:
- Summarized version of the District Report.
- Offers the total training time for all users with completed trainings.
- Handy for tracking progress towards required training hours.\
School Report:
- Similar to the District Report but specific to a chosen school.
Individual Report:
- Similar to the District Report but specific to a selected user.
Enhanced Report:
- Allows you to tailor fields and data, and templates can be saved for future use.
These reports can be generated in PDF, Spreadsheet, or CSV formats. The "Export in the background" feature allows for report generation while you're away, with the option to receive the report via email.
