Food Handler Solutions, LLC is committed to the principle of equal opportunity in its activities and programs and does not tolerate, condone, or support discrimination of any type within its organization, practices, procedures, or vendors. This policy also applies to Food Handler Solutions, LLC employees, candidates, and supporters.

Food Handler Solutions, LLC conducts food handler education and certificate programs via various delivery methods, in various languages, and in various locations in an attempt to accommodate all organizations interested in the programs.

If while participating in a food handler certificate program, whether as an employee or program and exam attendee, in the unlikely event that an individual feels they have been discriminated against for whatever reason (whether based on nationality, religion, sex, race, gender, disability, etc.), they are directed to notify the Food Handler Solutions, LLC CEO via email at support@FoodHandlerSolutions.com, via telephone at 602-350-4020 and toll free at 1-888-455-6411 (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM US Mountain Standard Time, Monday – Friday), and in writing where possible, so that we may research the problem and correct it as soon as possible.
