[NEW] How To Print And Use The Progress Report
The Progress Report provides a summarized version of the district report, presenting the total training time for all users with completed trainings. This report is handy for tracking progress towards required training hours.

Go to Reports from Your Dashboard
- Log in to your account and navigate to your dashboard.
- Click on the "Reports" section.

Choose Report Type
- Select "Progress Report" from the list of report types.

Select Data Source
- Choose whether you want data from "All Schools" or "Selected Schools."

Set Date Range
- Specify the start date and end date for the data you need.

Choose Report Format
- Select your preferred format: PDF, Spreadsheet, or CSV.

Export in the Background (Optional)
- In case you feel that the data you are running is too large and you cannot stay too long in front of the computer, you can choose the Export in the Background feature that allows you to enter an email address where the system will automatically send the generated report once it's done. If you select this, you can move away from the page, and the report will still generate.
- We'll notify you via email once the export is completed, typically within 15-20 minutes, depending on the file size.
After generating the report, you can print it directly or download it for further analysis. This ensures you have a comprehensive view of the progress and performance.
