How to Use the Bulletin Board Acknowledgement Feature Overview
The Bulletin Board now includes an Acknowledgement feature. This tool allows staff to confirm they have read important posts, while supervisors and directors can track those confirmations through reports. It’s especially helpful for district handbooks, policies, procedures, and any announcements that require proof of acknowledgement.
For Staff: How to Acknowledge a Post
Acknowledging a post is quick and simple.
Go to the Bulletin.
Open the post you are required to read.
Scroll down and click the Acknowledge button.
That’s it! Your acknowledgement will now be recorded.
For Supervisors and Directors: How to Run an Acknowledgement Report
Step 1: Create a Custom Report
Go to Reports and select Custom Reports as the report type.
Open Custom Report Settings and click Add New.
Give the report a clear name, such as Acknowledgement Report.
Choose the Acknowledgement Reports template.
Add or rearrange fields as needed using the dropdown options.
Click Save, then return to the Reports page.
Step 2: Run the Report
From the Reports page, select Custom Reports again.
In the dropdown menu, choose the report you just created.
Pick a date range for your report.
Apply filters if you’d like to view acknowledgements for specific roles or schools only.
Select the bulletin post you want to review. (Note: only posts with acknowledgements will appear in this dropdown.)
Once you’ve customized the settings, click Export and wait for your report to download.
