[NEW] How to use the Messaging feature?
Sending a direct message from your profile is simple and ensures that the recipient gets notified via their associated email account. Please note that only directors have the ability to send messages.
To get started:

Access the Messages Tab
- On your profile page, click on the "Messages" tab.

Select Recipients
- Choose workers from the table below. You can type a name or select worker roles and worker groups.

Optional: Select a Message Template
- If you prefer, you can select a pre-defined message template.

Compose Your Message
- Enter your message subject and content.

Send the Message
- Once done, click the "Send" button.
- After the message is sent, you should see a confirmation message saying, "Message has been delivered!"
All messages sent within the profile will also be flagged to the individual’s associated email account, ensuring they receive the notification. They can see the messages on the Notifications page.
