Training Overview Feature
The Training Overview Feature allows you to review all training entry details before submitting. This ensures that all information is complete and correct.
How to Use the Training Overview Feature
1. Go to Training and Select Add Training
From the main menu, go to Training, then click Add Training from the submenu.
2. Enter Your Training Name
Provide the title of the training session.
3. Select Attendees
Choose all users who attended the training.
4. Enter All Required Training Details
Fill out all training information fields, including:
Category codes
Training hours spent
Training date
Provider
Date of completion
You may also upload supporting documents such as a training agenda, certificate, or any relevant attachments.
5. Review the Training Overview
After clicking Next Step, an overview of your training entry will appear on screen.
This summary displays all information you entered, organized by section.
If you need to make changes:
Click the Edit button on the right side of the section you want to update.
You will be taken directly to that section to make your corrections.
6. Submit Your Training Entry
Once everything looks accurate, click Continue until you reach the Submit button.
Wait for the confirmation message indicating that your training entry has been successfully added.
