Archive Groups Feature
The Archive Group feature helps you keep your Manage Groups page clean and organized without deleting any groups that contain important training or attendance data. Archiving simply removes older or unused groups from your main view, allowing you to focus on the ones currently in use.
Archiving does not delete any information. All training entries, attendance records, and report data tied to the group remain safe and fully accessible.
How to Archive Groups
Follow the steps below to archive groups you no longer need to see on your active list:
1. Go to Manage Groups
From the main menu, click Manage, then select Manage Groups.
2. Archive a Group
From the list of groups, click Archive on the right side of the group you want to hide.
The group will be moved out of your active list but will still retain all its associated records.
3. Training Data Remains Safe
Archiving a group does not remove or change any training or attendance data.
All reports will continue to show complete information from both active and archived groups.
4. Restore a Group if Needed
If you archived a group by mistake or need to make it active again, simply go to Archived Groups.
From there, click Unarchive to return the group to your active list.
5. That's It!
Your Groups page is now cleaner, easier to navigate, and free from clutter—without losing any historical data.
