How to modify the Required Training Time for each user roles?
Our platform is designed to comply with USDA standards, which means that specific roles have predefined required training times. However, you may need to adjust these times to meet your organization's unique needs.
Adjusting Required Training Times

Navigate to the Required Training Time Page:
- Click on the "Manage" tab located on the left-hand navigation menu.
- Select "Required Training Time" from the dropdown menu.

Modify Default Training Times:
- You'll see a list of roles and their current default training times.
- To adjust a training time, simply edit the number next to the role.

Save Your Changes:
- Once you've made all the necessary adjustments, click the "Update" button.
Your changes will be applied automatically across the entire platform, including reports.
