What is the Bulletin?
The Bulletin is a versatile tool on the TrainU platform that allows you to post announcements, events, menus, and more.
How to Access the Bulletin
- Navigate to the Bulletin: Click on "Bulletin" in the left-hand navigation menu.
- View Existing Posts: This will display all your current bulletin posts.
- Open a Post: Click on a specific post to view its content.
Creating a New Bulletin Post
- Click "Add Bulletin": Click on "Add Bulletin" under the Bulletin menu.
- Add a Title: Give your post a clear and concise title.
- Click "Add Bulletin": This will open the post editor.
- Add Content: Use the plus button to add various content types, such as text, images, or videos.
- Add a Thumbnail Image (Optional): Click "Set Featured Image" to add a visual thumbnail.
- Update Post: Click "Update" to save your post.
Editing an Existing Post
- Access Edit Mode: Click "Edit Bulletin" under the Bulletin menu.
- Make Changes: Edit the title, content, or thumbnail as needed.
- Update Post: Click "Update" to save your changes.
Managing Comments
- Staff Comments: Your staff can leave comments on bulletin posts.
