Getting Started on Your Training Website: Managers & Staff
Welcome to SchoolFoodHandler!
This easy-to-follow quick start guide will teach you how to set up your profile, start courses, and run reports.

Inside the Quick Start Guide, You Will Learn:

Logging On to SchoolFoodHandler.com
- Access your district's unique web address.
- Enter your assigned username and password.
- Navigate to your main profile page.

Editing Your Profile Information
- Update personal information quickly and easily.
- Save changes to your profile.

Updating Your Email Address
- Change your email address in the settings tab.
- Save changes to update your profile.

Starting Your First Course
- Access and start assigned courses.
- If no courses are assigned, browse all available courses.
- Mark courses as complete to record progress.

Completing a Course
- Follow the steps to complete and mark courses as finished.
- Access additional help through the "Help" button on your profile page.

Running a Report
- Generate individual, school, and other types of reports.
- Customize and export reports in CSV, spreadsheet, or PDF formats.

Marking Group Courses Complete
- Mark courses complete for all employees or specific groups.
- Filter by role, employment type, user groups, or names.

Proctor Login and Exam Administration
- Register for and administer Manager Exams.
- Manage certificates for completed exams.
