1. To begin, create your bulletin post and head over to the Edit Bulletin page to kick things off.
2. If your page does not have a menu, you need to click the button next to the Update button on the right side for the menu to appear.
3. In the menu, find Set Featured Image, upload the image for your thumbnail, and hit the Update button. Voila! Your post just got a visual upgrade.
