If you need to reset/create a new password, follow these simple steps to ensure your account remains secure.

Step 1: Navigate to the Left Dashboard > Click on "My Profile"

Log into your account and locate the dashboard on the left-hand side of the screen. In the dashboard menu, select the "My Profile" option. This will open your profile page where you can make updates to your account information.

Step 2: Create Your New Password

You'll see the "Create New Password" section with two fields:

1. Enter new password - Type your desired password here
2. Repeat new password - Type the same password again to confirm

Password Requirements

Your password must be at least 8 characters long. To make it stronger, use a combination of:

• Uppercase letters (A-Z)
• Lowercase letters (a-z)
• Numbers (0-9)
• Symbols (! ? $ % ^ & *)

Step 3: Save Your Password

Once you've entered and confirmed your new password, click the Save Password button at the bottom.
